My best new dogfriend? Luna? Her peoples is getting married this weekend and so LunaDog is sleeping over at my place! Yay! I guess she didn’t rsvp in time, so she didn’t go. It’s ok, we’re going for lots of walkins and playing a bunch and having lots of fun.
The Crax isn’t happy about it, but I told Luna that the cat is dumb, and she’s leaving the Crax alone unless the Crax starts something. I mean, the Crax is so dumb that she started hissing at me, too. If she can’t remember her friends, then she deserves to get barked at.

The peoples buy the dumbest stuff. Like beds that are too tall for dogs. That sucks. And Craxfood. That just means she stays here. And garden hose. Because then they spray me with it. And grass seed. Because then I can’t play on it, and can’t has my friends over to play on it. And windows. We already have freaking windows! They’re not even putting more in, they’re just taking the ones out that already work, and putting them back in. That’s dumb.
You know what they really need to buy? A puppy. And bacon.

So, last week, The Peoples went away for a while, and I got to has as sleepover with some of my dogfriends! Without the Crax! They live practically next door, so I see them all the time, but it was fun to has a sleepover with them. They’re both kinda small dogs, and one looks like a small me but she’s missing a leg, but that’s ok because she’s more fun to play with than the other dog. We has a good time rolling around. I wouldn’t call her my best dogfriend, but she’s my favorite new dogfriend.
Their peoples has a little person and, you know, they’re fun, too. They spill a lot of noms, and I like that. I wish my peoples had a nom-spiller, or at least would spill their food like that. Especially when they have green beans. And bacon. The little person was kind of loud sometimes, but I’m loud sometimes too.
Anyway, we all played a bunch and their peoples had a cookout one night and that was fun. I didn’t even really miss the peoples until the third night, I was having so much fun!
The Crax stayed in the house, and sometimes I did, too. There’s only so much dogcrazy I can take before it’s really nap time.

The peoples changed stuff with the bed so it’s really tall now. I can almost get under it and get to the Crax now. Maybe, since I can get to her hiding spot, she’ll chill out and we can make a club where we tell secrets. Kidding- the Skitty has too many craxs for that.
But since it’s so tall, I can’t do any bed sleepins without The Boy helping me on and off. That kind of sucks.

The Girl keeps going running without me. She says stuff like “you weren’t awake yet” and “you aren’t built for really long runs” and “they didn’t allows dogs.” But how am supposed to be her running buddy if I don’t get to go?
But when she goes running for a really long time, the people go get ice cream, and I get to go, too. So, I guess it’s not all bad. I loves ice cream.

You know how I knows it is spring? Teh Boy is building fence. It was a nice day and he replaced some fence in my backyard that had been hit by a tree. He tore out another section but didn’t replace that yet.
It was a fun day because I gots to play lots of football. It was nice and warm outside and Teh Boy made me a bowl of water outside too. I’m scared of the water hose so I kind of avoided the bowl at first since he used the hose to fill it but I ended up being happy there was water outside for me because we were out there a long time.

Sorry I hasn’t been postin’ much lately. Its spring time and even though its been cold, I’s been busy. Teh Girl is training for some kind of long runs and when she trains she takes me most of the time. I don’t has to train to runs, I just do it. But I like helping her out.
And Teh Boy has been workin on the truck a bunch so I get to go outside and help with that too. He says he’s mostly finished with it but it is really loud when it starts up and it scares me a little bit. I’m not generally skared of loud things but that truck is just silly. I think he still has more work to do.
And then yesterday, I got to go on a car ride. Teh Boy has a cold so he had the heat in the car on more than he usually does. It was nice and I slept.
So that’s what I been up to: sleepin, runnin, workin, and car rides.

The Crax and me went to the vet today. It wasn’t all that great, ’cause I thought it’d be all about the Skitty, but it ended up being all about me. Skitty was skeered, and just purred really loud, like she was trying to convince everyone that she was fine. She hid in her mini-craxhouse and tried to snuggle up to the Boy through it.
But the vet was all about me! They stuck so much stuff up my butt, and that wasn’t cool. They didn’t stick so much stuff up the craxbutt. And they stuck needles in me. And then the vet had a bug (kind of like my flashlight, but smaller) and I wanted to chase it, but they wouldn’t let me. The vet stuck the bug in my ear, the one that smells, and I guess the bug did something because my ear kinda feels better now! They cleaned my ear a bunch and gave the Boy some stuff to put in it. I hope the bug didn’t get stuck or anything, because I still want to chase it.
I’m glad it’s all over and I’m also glad that the vet didn’t call me fat this time. I’s been working out! I’m skinny!
